Our candles are handmade in New Zealand from natural, single plant waxes that are sustainably farmed. All the components of our waxes come from the very same plant, so you can be certain that these candles are exactly what they say they are! This is our promise to you.

Long ago, the Romans adored ambient and luxurious things. Out of this passion for style and atmosphere came the marvellous invention of the wicked candle. But these candles were naturally free from toxic petrochemicals and artificial colours that could taint the air and harm their health.

Our range of accessories and natural candles; have both a respect for our health and the health of our planet, as well as a timeless respect for the Roman peoples’ legacy, of natural and beautiful things.
